We offer global shipping to all destinations.
Please allow 7-30 business days for orders to be processed prior to dispatch.
International deliveries are shipped with DHL Express.
Harun Ukic is not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances.
We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier itself, such as clearance delays.
CANCELLING AN ORDER
Once an order has been confirmed, it is processed automatically, which means it cannot be cancelled.
TRACKING AN ORDER
Upon shipment you will recieve a confirmation e-mail with tracking details.
RETURN AN ORDER
We accept returns for any reason, including change of mind.
Return requests must be emailed within 14 days of delivery.
Please contact us to authorise your return prior to shipping.
Returns must be shipped within 7 days of authorisation
Please note, the return must be unworn in perfect condition with original tags attached and shipped inside original packaging
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipments. Please ensure returns are registered with a tracking number.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the merchandise does not meet the standards above.
EXCHANGE
Harun Ukic does not offer direct exchanges.
You may return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
We are unable to process any changes to an order following checkout.
Requests to amend sizing or delivery address following checkout will not be possible.
